Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return only if the purchased merchandise is unworn and kept in original packaging. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received  they can return the goods within 14 working days and obtain their refund or replacement by shipping the goods back to us. Return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer and the shipper is not responsible for any return shipping charges. Once the goods received we will update the customer.  

If the order is not received by our customers then we will provide 100 % refund.

In the following conditions a refund or replacement can not be requested,

  • Order is dispatched and in delivery process. 
  • Package is held in customs. 
  • 14 working days from received date have passed. 
  • Merchandise packaging is damaged/lost.
  • Merchandise has been worn.
